Malaysian Red Guava is a productive tree from Malaysia, producing medium size fruit for eating fresh off the tree or canning and preserving.
The bumpy, round shaped fruit is maroon on the exterior with a unique pinkish-cream interior flesh. Fruits are floral, mild and aromatic with a sweet juicy pulp.
It starts fruiting after 2 years of planting. Maintain a height range of 8-9 feet with pruning and trimming practices
